Jan Kümmel

After studying economics, Jan began his career in the financing business at a small private bank in Munich and moved to Switzerland in 2006 to join an integral provider of real estate services (MIBAG AG), initially Swiss and later acquired by
the French Bouygues Group. In various positions, including Investment Consultant, Head of Property Management and finally Head of Asset Management, Jan switched to the owner side of a private property asset manager as Managing Director
in 2015 before he became Managing Partner at HALO AM in 2019.

Lea Höneisen

After instructive years as an investment consultant, key account manager and portfolio manager at a Swiss property and facility management provider (MIBAG AG), later managed by the French Bouygues Group, Lea switched to the European and international stage and continued to intensively serve private clients and portfolios as a Director at a property asset manager before she became Managing Partner at HALO AM in 2019.

Property Accountant

Brigitta Moser

After successfully completing her training as a structural draughtswoman, Brigitta takes over her own construction company for 20 years, Brigitta was responsible for accounting and human resources.
Brigitta then expanded her professional experience in other managerial roles, for example in accounting, consolidation and human resources at various SMEs and foundations in Switzerland before joining HALO AM as a property accountant in 2022.

Junior Property Manager

Denise Schumacher

Denise works as a property manager in the Property Management department. She oversees the management of residential and commercial properties and ensures their smooth operation. In this role, she represents the interests of the owners and serves as a knowledgeable point of contact for tenants, prospective tenants, contractors, and government agencies. Furthermore, she is in constant close communication and collaboration with the building maintenance/facility management team.

Denise has several years of experience in property management. After working as a clerk, she gradually took on more responsibility in her role as a junior property manager and deepened her professional expertise.

Property Accountant

Janine Fässler

Janine holds a Swiss commercial diploma and began her professional career in the accounting department of a well-known real estate company. There, she acquired in-depth knowledge of finance and accounting.

Alongside her professional work, Janine pursued her athletic career in curling with great passion. With discipline, ambition, and perseverance, she made the transition to professional sports and trained intensively to compete in the Olympic Games.

Following her successful career as a professional athlete, Janine is now fully focused once again on her professional work in the financial sector.
